Question: Hi, I came to Italy in January 2009 and obtained my first Permit of Stay in January 2010. I applied for residency in February 2011. Can I apply to apply for the EC long-term residence permit (Carta di Soggiono) in 2015 or I’ll have to wait until 2016? Thank you.
