Question: I’ve just come to Italy for the first time for seasonal work, and my employer has offered me a long term work contract. Can I apply for conversion of my Permit of Stay for Seasonal Work into one for Subordinate Work?

Question: I have a Permit of Stay for work. My work contract states that I should work 20 hours a week. But my employer would like to reduce it to eight hours a week. Should he reduce my working hours, will I be able to apply for renewal of my work permit with the new contract? Thank you.

Question: I applied for regularisation in Brescia in 2012. Since then, whenever I check online the status of my application, the system shows that it is at the Questura (Provincial Police Headquarters). How long does it take the Questura to clear the applications? Thanks.
